Suzy Siegle • Chief Visionary Officer, EdTech
Dr. Suzy Siegle is an attorney, educator, and Walsh College’s Chief Champion, currently serving as their Ninth President and CEO. Walsh College was founded by Thomas Edison’s accountant, Mervyn Walsh, so Suzy’s connection has both substantive (via a strategic partnership) and symbolic significance, as business experts helping disruptive innovators like those at csiSIM™ since Edison. She holds a master of business administration, a juris doctor and a doctorate in higher education leadership and management, where her dissertation focused on innovative and entrepreneurial operating models in 21st century higher education. Suzy has taught classes in business law, organizational leadership, leadership communication and negotiation and entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on locus of control psychology especially as it pertains to helping high performing leaders and entrepreneurs. She is the author of the book Locus: Take Control and Change the Direction of Your Life, and of The THRIVE Journal: A Step-by-Step Guide to Help You Create and Accomplish Your Goals, Chief Energy Officer: the #newCEO: How high performing leaders manage people, pressure, and profit to build thriving organizations, and Quantum Lead: How Visionary Leaders harness a hidden energy to create massive breakthroughs, accelerate growth and transform organizations (anticipated release Fall 2024). Some of these books will be used as a platform to further demonstrate AuthorSIM™ from csiSIM™.
Suzy is a certified HeartMath® trainer, a certified executive coach through the center for executive coaching, a SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP), and has earned certifications in neuroscience and brain health, the neuroscience of learning and development, and consumer neuroscience and neuromarketing through Copenhagen University. She serves on the board of directors for the Detroit Economic Club, and has taken courses through Columbia on Augmented reality and learning, as well as recently through MIT Sloan on AI for Business Strategy. Additionally, Walsh College is a strategic alliance partner with Entrepreneur’s Organization - Detroit, and is a university partner with the Michigan Venture Capital Association.
Nick Myers • Chief Visionary Officer, HealthTech
Nick Myers is the Chief Visionary Officer – HealthTech of csiSIM™ and Co-Founder of RedFox AI, a Madison-based AI-focused digital healthcare company. RedFox’s AI powered platform to verbally assists and troubleshoots home lab tests and medical devices, enhancing communication between patients, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.
Nick is a TEDx and International Keynote Speaker, known for talks on AI, conversational AI, and data privacy worldwide. He's been honored with awards such as In Business Madison 40 Under 40 and The Best of Madison Business Awards, as well as featured in publications like PR Daily and The Wisconsin State Journal.
An advocate for stricter consumer data privacy regulations, Nick was part of the Open Voice Network (OVON) Privacy & Security Workgroup, co-authoring the OVON sponsored Privacy Principles and Capabilities Unique to Voice white paper. He also co-authored a white paper on conversational AI's impact on remote patient monitoring.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (2016).
Chris Raasch • Chief Technology Officer
Chris Raasch, the Senior Director of Technology Development at the Center for Simulation and Innovation, brings a wealth of experience in technology to his role. His journey began in computer lab management and progressed through various roles, including systems analyst, instructional technologist, and Director of Information Technology. Along the way, Mr. Raasch made significant contributions as a software developer, earning a patent for his work, and as a software engineer for Sony Creative Software. He holds a Master's in Educational Technology from Concordia University and has played a key role in establishing learning interoperability standards on international standards bodies. At Concordia, Mr. Raasch has been instrumental in developing a range of learning tools, from video capture and streaming to classroom automation technology, enhancing teaching and learning experiences.
Dr. Cindy Fenske • Chief Medical Officer and Director of Educational Assessment
Dr. Cindy Fenske, the founder and Executive Director of the Center for Simulation and Innovation, brings a wealth of experience from her esteemed career at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Recognized for her innovative teaching methods, she garnered multiple honors during her tenure. Dr. Fenske played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the university's robust simulation program. In 2015, she launched the nursing program at Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA), spearheading the creation of a cutting-edge simulation center and curriculum. As a professor at CUAA, she continues to mentor others in integrating various simulation modalities, including in-person, video recorded, and augmented/virtual reality, across diverse fields of study. Dr. Fenske holds degrees from Valparaiso University, the University of Michigan, and Oakland University. She is a nationally recognized presenter on experiential and immersive simulation training, emphasizing its profound impact on learning, retention, and judgment development.
Daniel Sem • Acting Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Daniel Sem has over 25 years of healthcare entrepreneurship and innovation, first in the biotechnology sector, then in academia. He has over 75 published papers and book chapters, holds 10 issued patents, and has co-founded several companies. Dr. Sem received his Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin Madison and his law and MBA degrees from Marquette. While working in the area of biotechnology in San Diego, he co-founded Triad Therapeutics, which was ranked as one of the top biotech starts in the US by Drug Discovery Today, which was later acquired by Novartis for $60 million dollars. His passions lie in healthcare policy and business, blending law, healthcare, ethics and sound economics. He is a licensed attorney in Wisconsin, and is also CEO of Bridge to Cures.He currently serves as President of CU Ventures, a technology transfer and investing entity, and of University Venture Affiliates, as well as Executive Director of the Center for Innovation and entrepreneurship at Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. Dr. Sem is serving as COO and will remain in this role, if mutually desired by Series A investor; but, his commitment is to see csiSIM™ grow and flourish, and will do what it takes to achieve that goal.
Jacob Ennis • Director of Business Development and AI User Experience
Mr. Ennis boasts a dynamic career including work in education, IT, and AI. With 5 years of teaching experience spanning multiple subjects and grade levels, he has demonstrated his versatility and expertise inside and outside of the classroom. Prior to teaching, Mr. Ennis honed his technical skills during a 4-year tenure in IT at Concordia University Ann Arbor, gaining proficiency in software, hardware, and A/V technologies. His passion for education and technology converged as a computer science instructor, where he remained attentive to the latest trends and technologies. Now, as the Director of Business Development and AI at csiSIM™, Mr. Ennis drives the integration of revolutionary AR and VR software solutions for training, education, and marketing. His diverse skill set, including sales, communication, and knowledge of technology make him a valuable asset in driving innovation and success at csiSIM™.

Tawni Hunt Ferraini • Senior Fellow at the Fraser Institute
Ferrarini serves as the Sam M. Cohodas Professor at Northern Michigan University (NMU) where she previously helped direct the Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship. She served as the 2015 President of the National Association of Economic Educators. Her teaching, research, and service focus on regional growth and development with particular attention drawn to the role of responsible and accountable individuals, and she is a thought leader in the use of artificial intelligence in education. Ferrarini also serves as a faculty scholar for the Council on Economic Education (Japan), and Mackinac Center for Public Policy (Michigan).
Ferrarini co-authored Common Sense Economics: What Everyone Should Know About Wealth and Prosperity (2016, St. Martin’s Press). csiSIM™ collaborated with Ferrarini in 2024 to create an avatar of her, supplemented with ai, to allow readers to query her book. Ferrarini earned her doctorate from Washington University, where she studied under the 1993 Nobel laureate Douglass C. North, and has a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale.
Rich Sheridan • CEO & Chief Storyteller at Menlo Innovations
Rich is founder and CEO of Menlo Innovations, a cutting edge software development company in Ann Arbor Michigan, with clients that include Ford, Daimler, American Family Insurance, Snap-On and BD (Becton Dickinson). From kid programmer in 1971 to Forbes cover story in 2003, Joy, Inc. author Richard Sheridan (U-M grad BS Computer Science '80, MS Computer Engineering '82) has never shied from challenges, opportunities nor the limelight. While his focus has always been around technology, his passion is actually process, teamwork and organizational design, with one inordinately popular goal: the Business Value of Joy! Sheridan is an avid reader and historian, and his software design and development team at Menlo Innovations didn't invent a new culture, but copied an old one ... Edison's Menlo Park New Jersey lab. Henry Ford's recreation of the Menlo Park Lab in Greenfield Village was a childhood inspiration! Some call it agile, some call it lean … Sheridan and his team call it joyful. Stephanie McDermott
Stephanie McDermott is a seasoned professional skilled in product ownership, program strategy, and delivering engaging user experiences, with a proven track record of success across both tech startups and established corporations. Currently, as Senior Product Owner at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, she oversees engineering teams, roadmaps, and delivers impactful UX features. Previously, as a Product Owner at Boomy Corporation, Stephanie excelled in crafting technical stories, assembling teams, and implementing innovative features to effectively engage users. During her tenures at Sweet and Enklu, Stephanie built relationships with Fortune 500 stakeholders and developed brand strategies, focusing on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and immersive XR. Notable clients she supported include Old Navy, Build-A-Bear, The Elton John AIDS Foundation, Kia, Weill Cornell School of Medicine, The International School of Tianjin, and the NHL, among others.
Ray Kallmeyer • CEO at Enklu
After a decades long career in the AAA video games industry, Ray founded Enklu in 2016 and built and deployed the first wave of spatial apps in augmented reality (AR) for the Microsoft HoloLens globally. He now helps enterprises accelerate their spatial transformation with an end-to-end solution which empowers today’s workforce with tomorrow’s technology. Enklu’s mission is to empower creators with transparent technology. Ray believes in a future where technology fades into the background and people can become more present with each other and their environment. Ray is an entrepreneur, startup advisor, patent author, featured artist, and public speaker at universities such USC, Stanford, and MIT. Under Ray's leadership, Enklu has raised over $6M in venture funding.
